1. General Policy
At OVCTS, we take pride in delivering professional, high-quality work and transparent service.
Because our services involve custom installation, configuration, and physical labor, all sales and service charges are final once work has begun. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions outlined below.
This policy protects both our customers and our business from misuse or misunderstandings.
2. Service Deposits and Prepayments

Deposits made to schedule service are non-refundable once materials are ordered or labor has been scheduled.

If a customer cancels before materials are ordered and before labor is scheduled, a refund may be issued less a 10% administrative fee.

If a customer cancels after work has started or materials have been committed, no refund will be issued.
3. Completed Services

Once installation or configuration has been completed, all service fees are non-refundable.

Adjustments or corrections related to workmanship will be handled under our 30-day workmanship warranty, not through refunds.

If a product or system fails due to manufacturer defect, warranty claims must be made through the manufacturer; OVCTS will assist but is not financially responsible for product replacements.
4. Product Sales

All product sales (e.g., cameras, panels, alarm hardware, and accessories) are final once installed or configured.

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with a 15% restocking fee, subject to manufacturer return approval.

Opened, installed, or custom-ordered items cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Custom and Special Orders
Custom-ordered materials, software licenses, or programmed devices are non-refundable once ordered. This includes pre-configured alarm systems, cameras, or access control hardware specifically built for the customer’s site.
6. Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our labor with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
If a customer experiences an issue caused by installation error within 30 days of completion, OVCTS will correct the issue promptly at no additional cost.
This warranty does not extend to product defects, user error, environmental damage, or network issues outside our control.
7. Disputed Charges
Any payment dispute or chargeback filed with a financial institution without first allowing OVCTS a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue in writing may result in suspension of service, collections activity, and recovery of all associated legal and administrative costs.
8. Refund Request Procedure
If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, you must submit a written request to:

OVCTS will review all requests within 10 business days and respond in writing.
9. No Implied Refunds
No verbal agreements or assumptions shall override this policy.
Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction due to user preference, failure to understand system operation, or network/environmental limitations beyond OVCTS’s control.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia.
Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in West Virginia.
